Using our services
You may use Elvaris Logistics to create shipments, track parcels, request rate estimates, and contact support. You are responsible for the accuracy of the sender, recipient, and package details you provide.
Rates and quotes
Rates shown in the app are estimates based on the details you enter. They are not invoices and no payment is taken. Final pricing may differ once a shipment is weighed and measured.
Prohibited items
Do not ship hazardous materials, illegal goods, currency, live animals, or items restricted by the destination country. We may refuse or return any shipment that breaches this list.
Tracking information
Anyone holding a tracking number can view that shipment's status and route. Do not share tracking numbers with people who should not see this information.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Changes
We may update these terms as our services change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
